Our day and half day meditation courses are a special opportunity for everyone to take some quiet space in the weekend to deepen our understanding and experience of Buddhist meditation and practises.
With inspiring teachings, guided meditations, a delicious vegetarian lunch (or brunch for half day courses) and plenty of time to chat and relax, this is a wonderful opportunity for everyone to explore the benefits of Meditation and the Buddhist way of life and go back home feeling refreshed and inspired. We also run special fundraising and social events throughout the year.
