Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully
with Buddhist nun, Gen Kelsang Lhamo

Saturday 24th October, 10am-5.30pm

(please note the earlier than usual starting time)

This inspiring course will help us to learn how to live a happy and meaningful life, to prepare for death without fear and thereby become able to help others who are dying. In this way, instead of something to be feared or denied, death can become a positive and liberating experience.

This course is presented in the context of Duldzin Centre's commitment to serving the community through chaplaincy, outreach work and promoting harmony between religious communities in Merseyside.

 

Timetable:

10am-11.30am Teaching 1

12pm-1pm Guided meditation

2.30pm-4pm Teaching 2

4.30pm-5.30pm Guided meditation and question and answer session

 

Facility Fee: £25 for the day course alone including a two course vegetarian lunch and refreshments.

(No one will be refused for lack of funds)
