Amongst Buddha's teachings the most precious and powerful are those on Highest Yoga Tantra. Tantric teachings enable us to attain enlightenment in one short lifetime and provide special methods for transforming pleasure into the spiritual path. The gateway to practising Highest Yoga Tantra is to receive the empowerments of Venerable Vajrayogini and Glorious Heruka, which Venerable Geshe-la will be granting at the 2009 Summer Festival.
The purpose of this day course is to provide an introduction to the practice of tantra and will include an explanation of the purpose of tantra, its special qualities, and how it can transform our daily life into a blissful quick path to enlightenment.
As a follow up to this course and the summer festival empowerment, there will be a day course on Vajrayogini practice followed by a 1 week Vajrayogini retreat at Duldzin Centre, please click the links for more information.
