Through meditation we can reduce and finally remove the anxiety, tension, stress, frustration and other problems we often experience in our daily life.
By learning meditation techniques and exploring Buddhist thought we can learn to really relax and find an inner calm that will help in improving our relationships and our day-to-day life.
These workshops offer an introduction to meditation and Buddhist thought and are suitable for anyone. The sessions are held in our meditation room and you can choose to sit on a chair or on a cushion on the floor. Timetable for each course:

Each half-day course is self-contained and based around several guided meditations available on CD from Tharpa Publications www.tharpa.com. The meditations will be taught and guided by Gen Lhamo and there will be opportunities to have your questions answered. After the class, the meditation CD can be purchased from the Centre shop if wished.
Facility Fee: £12 per half-day course (excluding CD), including brunch.
