World Peace Cafe Liverpool

What is a world peace cafe?

The New kadampa Tradition has World Peace Cafes in many places around the world, now it's time for Liverpool.

The cafe will be entirely non-profit making, with the funds raised being used to support Duldzin Centre's activities in flourishing Buddha's Teachings throughout Liverpool and Merseyside. The cafe will also be helping people around the world by making a monthly donation to the International Buddhist Temples for world peace project.

The cafe will also be a great opportunity for people to make a connection with Duldzin Centre. As well as coming for a coffee, people will have the opportunity to browse a Buddhist gift shop, see the meditation rooms, find out about meditation classes and courses, and meet the students at the centre.

To gain spiritual realizations we need to study, meditate and work to benefit others. The cafe will be part of Duldzin Centre's activities of being of service to others. The cafe will give people a great opportunity to engage in Buddhist work and create good karma to fuel the attainment of spiritual realizations.

Ways to help

There will be many opportunities to get involved with the cafe such as: Serving in the cafe (no experience necessary), baking cakes for the cafe,
giving out publicity, making a donation, sharing ideas on how we can improve and bringing your friends over for a coffee!
