All our suffering arises because we grasp at our self, others and the objects of our reality as being truly existent. This is what ignorance really is. As a result we get angry with things we do not like, attached to the things that we like and create contaminated karma that keeps us stuck in a constant cycle of suffering.
On this course Gen Pende will explain how we can free ourself from this painful cycle once and for all, by realizing the ultimate nature of things - that they are just projections of the mind and do not truly exist.
The course fee is £20 including a vegetarian lunch and refreshments.
