
Introductory Classes

The General Programme Class (G.P.)
These meditation classes are a great introduction for those new to Buddha’s teachings. On the General Programme we can learn the art of positive thinking and how to meditate; through this we can solve our daily problems and find real peace and happiness in our lives.
There are classes throughout Merseyside which take place in the evenings from 7:30pm - 9:30pm in Bootle, Crosby, Formby,
Liverpool (Duldzin Centre), Liverpool (City Centre), Southport, St Helens and Widnes. Please click the links to find out more.
