A Buddhist Temple is a unique, blessed and holy place. It is a place that will have a positive influence on millions of people now and in the future, a perfect environment for the growth of qualities such as love, compassion and wisdom. A Temple is a source of peace for everyone.
As Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso says,
"Just looking at a Temple with a happy mind places good imprints on our mind and brings inner peace. Through the power of this special object, problems such as anger and attachment are reduced."
