Sangha - Spiritual Friends
In Sublime continuum of the Great Vehicle the Sangha is defined as a Superior being who has any of the eight good qualities, such as realization and freedom.
A Superior being is someone who has realized emptiness directly and has attained the realization of peace by practising the three higher trainings.
Sangha - our spiritual friends
Since we cannot see these actual Sangha Jewels we should regard as an actual Sangha Jewel anyone who is keeping the Pratimoksha vows purely, anyone who is keeping the Bodhisattva vows purely, and anyone else who is helping others and showing a good example.
Sangha at the Berlin Festival
If we ourself want to become a Sangha Jewel we need to subdue our uncontrolled minds with the practice of Dharma. If we remain always with a peaceful mind we shall become a good example for others.
