The New Kadampa Tradition–International Kadampa Buddhist Union is an international association of Mahayana Buddhist study & meditation centres with the aim of developing peace and happiness through understanding and practicing the teachings of Buddha.

Buddhist Festival in Derbyshire

From Thursday 9th September to Sunday 12th September there will be the U.K. Dharma Celebration at Tara KMC in Derbyshire. This features the empowerment of Buddha Avalokiteshvara and teachings on combining compassion and wisdom.

Meditation classes

Duldzin Centre offers introductory meditation classes in various towns in Merseyside

Each class includes a guided relaxation meditation and explanations on how to apply wisdom and compassion in our daily life. There is also time to ask questions and discuss over light refreshments.

Through these classes we can learn how to find solutions to our daily problems and come to experience a sense of peace and happiness.

Classes are suitable for anyone interested in meditation.

There is no need to book - Everybody is Welcome.
