General Programme
These meditation classes are a great introduction for those new to Buddha’s teachings. On the General
Programme we can learn the art of positive thinking and how to meditate; through this we can solve our
daily problems and find real peace and happiness in our lives.
No need to book. Chairs are provided. The class fee is £5 (no one will be turned away due to lack of funds). We are a registered charity
and the teachers are volunteers and do not receive payment.
