General Programme

These meditation classes are a great introduction for those new to Buddha’s teachings. On the General Programme we can learn the art of positive thinking and how to meditate; through this we can solve our daily problems and find real peace and happiness in our lives.

No need to book. Chairs are provided. The class fee is £5 (no one will be turned away due to lack of funds). We are a registered charity and the teachers are volunteers and do not receive payment.

These classes are suitable for all and help us develop peaceful minds and overcome difficulties in our lives. They provide basic Buddhist view, meditation and practice that is suitable for both beginners and those more experienced.
