New Years Course - Tara Chanting and Teaching
on 'Advice from Atisha's Heart'
31st
December 10:00-17:00 (teaching)
Spend the New Year amongst
spiritual friends in a most meaningful way!
Aitsha gave his 'Advice' over a thousand years
ago, but his timeless instructions on how to
skilfully follow the spiritual path are just
as relevant today as when they were first explained.
By applying Atisha's advice we can develop and
maintain a pure and happy mind even in our busy
modern lives and gradually progress towards
the ultimate peace of full enlightenment. After
the teaching, we will engage in prayers to Buddha
Tara to welcome in 2011 followed by a New Year's
get-together in our World Peace Cafe
