Kadampa Meditation Centre Liverpool is a Buddhist meditation centre offering everyone the opportunity to develop lasting mental peace through meditation and related practices. The programme is open to everyone and you do not have to be a Buddhist to take part in the classes or courses run by the centre or to benefit from them.

Kadampa Meditation Centre Liverpool serves as a special place of peace and refuge in the heart of Liverpool, just 10 minutes by car from the city centre. Located in the tranquil setting of Sefton Park, it offers a wide range of classes, courses and retreats on Meditation and Buddhism for all levels from complete beginners to more experienced meditators.
The Centre, its world peace cafe and meditation shop are open to everyone throughout the year. The classes and courses at the centre and it's various branches throughout Liverpool and Merseyside will recommence on Monday 14th January & run during the following term dates for 2013:-
